I would first like to say that I have done port forwarding and I know how it works.
I got a WNDR3700 recently and it just doesnt want to open ports I have been working at this for hours and it just wont work. Here's a link the router

Just checking your ip adress is your ipv4 adress that your using right? Also I am not able to open ports on this router either. I have been trying a few things, so if i figure out what to do i will comment back on here for you.
