Is this a bug or is there a reason for it? Would you still have to restart the game in order for the particles to show up anyway?
Actually trying to upload any content, while it doesn't error, it just won't appear. I just tried uploading a couple sound and materials and it says "Looks like that worked out fine!", but it's actually not. Been about 25 minutes.
.pcf files wouldn't work anyway, The reason is because when you download something from toybox, it goes in an addon folder named "Toybox"
I have discovered that particle effects don't work when you put them in addons. (for whatever reason)
Thay have to be in your garrysmod/garrysmod
As for not uploading anything, getting that problem too...
