I plan to host a custom basewars (32) slots. I wanted to purchase a VPS/Dedicated server that can run with absolutely no downtime or crashes.
Can anyone recommend what I will need or a package I should go for?
I found that NFO, AOWC, and GS are all not good enough in my opinion.
http://soyoustart.com are good for dedicated servers.
Thank you for the recommendation but does any one have idea on what type of specs I should be looking for, with flawless gameplay for my 32 slot custom Basewars server. Also how much I should be spending.
soyoustart's cheapest configuration would be the best but then again you don't really need an entire dedicated box just for one server.

Correct me if im wrong but i think soyustart dont give you a whole machine for that price, its like An OS on an os ( NFO Had a great explanation but i cant find it, Its OSCeption)
Regardless, YourStalker is right if you want to run a smooth server and be able to open more servers without extra cost these guys are probably good for you.

-> Virtual machines
Yeah, VPS, or Virtual Private Server, which is simply a server with smaller severs in Virtual Machines.
I don't think you need that much computing power for a Garry's Mod server but more into RAM is the focus.
A garry's mod server only uses 700 mb's of ram though. Or around that.

Quite the opposite, actually.
Look for a host that runs high end dedicated servers that don't stuff servers on them and who have a reliable network if you just need one server.
