HELP! how do i unban my self from my own server?

So i was trying to ban this mingebag but i didt select his name so i permabanned my self by mistake HELP!

Go into your server's files.
Go to CFG.
It'll be under banned_users.cfg, or ipbanned.cfg, something like that. Unban yourself from there.

Or get HLSW, enter the rcon, and unban yourself from there.

Download HLSW.
Enter Rcon in HLSW.

Unban yourself.

I tryed it but i cannot edit it.

remove <IP> in console

Find the file mentioned above and delete it.
If you're trying to edit it, open it with notepad.

That didn't work for me and like the same thing happened to me except non of the things worked for me!
