Before I get into the details, I'm using my PC as the dedicated server (to test things before buying a dedicated server). Also if you do give some helpful info, please be semi-detailed about it to help me out, I'm not the greatest at this stuff but I'm trying (:
Problem: When connecting to my dedicated server, fastdl does not kick in and nothing gets downloaded by anyone joining (have had myself and 2 other buddies test this).
Before you spout out tons of things to check I'll just give you a list:

---The file permissions on my FTP site are setup correctly (775, i've also tried 770 but still nothing).
I'm not sure what to even try anymore because as far as I know, everything should just work, but fastdl doesn't. ANY help would be appreciated.

Well first off the webadress should show something like this game02.tuska.us/download/garrysmod/ as you can see it shows the dir's but i too cant get fastdl to work
