I can't enter on the servers

Good night here in Spain, I make this post because I have a problem with the garrysmod...
I have this problem since last week

I enter on the garrysmod...All is OK.
But at the time when I click find servers, in the history, there aren't all the servers in which I entered, and when I try to enter, appear the following message:

The server is not responding/The server doesn't respond....

I have 12 MB of internet, and i use a internet wi-fi connection...

This problem also appears to me in the counter strike source
