I'm hoping this is just a simple stupid question but I'm trying to slow down the speed the character moves at in gmod. Is there any simple command I can use in console?
download the bullet time mod, bind t to bullet time and switch to the camera tool if your filming a character in slow-mo

No, use host_framerate XX
Numbers higher than 60 slow the game down, lower than 60 speed it up.
Very useful for slow-mo sequences without making it look like a slideshow.
