Crash: lua_shared.dll

My system hardware specs are:
Processor: Pentium Dual core
Ram: 2 GB
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT
Operating system: XP Service Pack 2 (Build 2600) version 5.1

I have got:

Wiremod SVN
Kermites
PHX3 and a few other addons

When i load up GMod, i load up a server and then gmod will suddenly crash with an error somthing like this

hl2.exe: Application error.

I looked on some website and is said this was wrong....

Try removing all your addons.

Ok i have found a fix, not sure if it works for everyone, but i just replaced my ram and it hasnt crashed again.
