Players are swimming, on land?

I think we've all seen the update notes, "Added swim animations."

However, players are appearing to be swimming on land, since this update, reported in 2 of my servers, and I've seen it myself.

Anyone have this problem?

Anyone have a hotfix until Garry releases a patch?

Are they in noclip? The swimming animations play while moving very fast while in noclip.

Players have noclip, but it's slower than default noclip.

Are you also sure you don't have an addon that affects the water in any way?

No, and I haven't added anything, it was the update, it's happening on multiple servers.
