How can I get OpenAura?

Hey,
I recently started hosting servers and I am a fan of SeriousRP so I downloaded Tiramisu but got Tired of it because It was very buggy and not so many commands and I am not so knowledgeable in LUA coding.
But any way, I want to buy or download OpenAura, I friended "KuroZael" on steam but he is on when I am not. Is there another way to buy it or download it or I have to contact him.
