Need help with my server providers game control panel

I recently got a 15-slot garry's mod server from Vilayer.com, and for there control panel they tell me to go to
[url]http://nl101.vilayer.com:5225/[/url] and log in with my email and password. The problem is, when I go to that website, this happens..

Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to nl101.vilayer.com:5225
Suggestions:
Try reloading: nl101.vilayer.com:5225
Search on Google:

Can someone who has this server hoster help me, because I was trying to get this to work all yesterday and had no success.

EDIT: I've also tried going on to that website with IE, and it still didn't work.

I made a help ticket and they never replied, so it would be a miracle if I got hold of them.
