Tortoise SVN not showing up. (Installed and legit)

Well, I have SVN installed and shit with a legit copy of Garrys Mod. Now, the problem is when I get to the mainfolder of gmod: "steamapps/name/garrysmod/garrysmod"

I no longer have the little green checkmark by the folders icon and when I go and try updating..oh, "NeuroPlanes" it doesnt show me my SVN options....

Any suggestions or fixes?
I'll submit pictures if people think I pirated gmod if asked.
