How to import character models into Garry's mod

Hello everyone!

I have just started to get into Garry's Mod and I was wondering if someone could help me out. I am trying to import character models from Modern Warfare 2 and Mass Effect 2. The links can be seen below.

I am tired to look for some kind of tutorial to how to import character models. However, I have not had any luck. So I was wondering if you could help me. That is all! Glad to be a part of the Garry's Mod community!

Mass Effect 2 and MW2 have already been done I believe, check the Modeling Section.

As DatMeg said, go to the models section or go to garrysmod.org and check the models out for what you are looking for.
