Splinter Cell Conviction style words on the walls.

First of all, this is the first time I've actually posted a thread, so bare with me if it's in the wrong place or if I do anything wrong.
For the purposes of making gmod comics and the like, I really want to be able to have images and/or lettering shine on the walls like on splinter cell conviction.
Something like this:

I want to be able to make something like that in game. Like custom lamps or something.
If someone knows how to do that I would much appreciate it if they shared their knowledge with me.
It would be great for the comic I have in mind and I'm sure other people would have use of it as well.
Once again, new to this, if I did anything improperly, please tell me.
You can edit with photoshop or something similar the lamps proyected textures and put what the text you want.

This little addon lets you create 3D surface text in-game! Supports per-map settings, distance fading and comes with a handy STool (although it can be also easily called from any other Lua code).

I use this in my RP server, they are very well done, however there is a bug. Removing them is a pain, if you have two right next to each-other, it won't matter which one you point at, it will delete random stuff in random order.

The one you are standing closest to the center of.

How do you get to making custom lamps? I got a custom flashlight, but it's a little low-res and there's some problems with looking through a camera while making my guy invisible so he doesn't get in the shot while trying to shine the words on the wall. Having separate custom lamps would be better in may ways, so let me know how to do that, please.

Thanks, I'll try that out and see how it looks.

In photoshop you just have to edit the lamp proyected texture and set the words you want proyected to white, and the background black.
Or just grab this addon and put the lamps as you want (contains characters from A to Z)
