You will NEVER get admin if you post like this on here. Anyone who hires a person he dosen't know from a FP thread is an idiot.
Go join up on a community, play a couple of weeks and apply for admin there.

Except nobody 'hires' administrators in the sense that they get paid. At least not on the poorly made and administrated servers posted on FacePunch.
