Yeah a odd request and I'm not sure how hard it would be but I do know that 3d models of Thomas and all the main sodor engines can be found here: [url]http://si3d.jimdo.com/locos/[/url] and it may be possible to get them for garry's mod so if anyone could help I'd appreciate it. Also I think the faces are just Textured on so that might make it hard to do anything more complex than a prop model.
