I searched a long time in the web and can't find this special tool to add props or others to his own playermodel.

Slightly related, I'm working on a HL2 mod and my friend asked if he could make hat models for it, I said go ahead. 2 hours later he sent me a screenshot of a man covered in grenades via PAC, saying that he was a modeller because he knew how to, then he got really angry because I said I wouldn't use it, saying he put in more effort than I had.
