I had a spinner that I made using a tire and some thrusters, and when I went to upload it, it said I would be banned if I did.
Why is that a problem? I see no harm in a simple thing.

That's one of the reasons why it is a problem. No one wants to sift through hundreds, even thousands, of simple and/or stolen Advance Duplicator files.
