OK i have a friend (who i will not name at this time) who has a build server on gmod and needs help. The reason i will not name the owner is because i don't want the person getting
spam bombed with emails (so instead I offered to be spam bombed first :D) . So here is the add below me.
Following a few problems with fast download and a few other bugs, So I am recruiting a co-owner to help fix these problems and to help run the server, website and forum.
Requirements:
Past experience of administrating a game server,
Experience with fast download,
Experience with lua (lua for source engine (lua for other games doesn't help)),
Experience with HTML,
Experience with FTP,
(each of which, examples of past and present addons and websites will need to be provided before any decision will be made)
This is a long term post with no time limit, you will need to be committed to this post and is voluntary but may get paid in the future.
You will be required to talk to owner via Steam or Skype on at least a weekly bases as well as fix any bugs that occur, install mods, maps and other addons. You will also need to update the website and keep fast download updated.
Kinda Of Person:
Firstly and most importantly, you must be trustworthy as important server info will be given to you, will need to be mature and sensible also have a real desire to make the server a better place and for this reason, you must be over 18.

The owner has made and managed the website, set up the server with a working Gamemode. and made a group with almost 100 members. So you can see the workload the owner has to go through.

No work at all?
Seriously making a website takes max 5 days and I doubt he even made it himself, I bet he just took some template and edited it a little. Setting up a server takes 30 minutes and since it's a build server he doesn't have to do anything with the gamemode. Oh a group with 100 members? Gimme 10 minutes and I can create the most useless group and get over 500 members.
This just seems like a random server that will die in a week, no name no website nothing (I would expect somekind generic free website)
Id say if you require someone to do so much work it's almost like a full-time job give him a good share of the donations.
Recruiting admins on a forum Isn't the smartest idea, try getting a friend or someone you trust to help you. As for the Lua, good luck on finding someone that will code for free.
is it ok if I sell the server info as payment?
I meet all the requirements however, I run my own servers.
