Is there any good working admin addon for garrys mod?

The only thing i want to do with the admin addon is to change map, kick or ban. I'm holding a server for a little LAN party.

You don't need an admin mod for that. Use the command console.

map (mapname)

will change the map to what ever you put in place of (mapname)

kick (user id)

will kick a player.

banid (user id)

will ban a player with that ID. You'll have to kick them afterwards, but they wont be able to come back.

To find a userid, use

users

I'd use ULX, I find it the best admin mod around, simply because of how its set up, it could be just me, but it's really comforting to use as I used to work with HL1 admin mods for the longest time, and ULX is similar to them in function.
Simple, easy, modular.

Have you even tried Evolve? It's ULX on steroids and you dont have do DL Ulib to get the thing to work.

For a LAN game the inbuilt admin system would be fine.

Also why would you be kicking/banning people at a LAN party?

ULX is gay, It lacks a nice GUI and its grey and dull.
It also has alot less options/customization then evolve.
I would go with the beta admin mod Exsto, or wait for FuriousAdministationPanel, or FAP to come out.

"Use this beta, wait for this to come out ..." Yes, you should wait for some new admin mod to come out that will die within a few months. Sure, some community member will maintain it with crude bug fixes when gmod updates break it etc. But what you really want in an admin mod is stability and support. ULX has not let me down :)

ULX has a nice UI, if you need it. Anyone who's admin over a week never uses the damn UI anyway. It's also just ass customisable as other admin mods, in fact it has some very nice addons and ulib is very easy to work with.

Plus, using the word gay in a negative way is silly :)

ULX is very comfortable and easy to use.
For example: When you type "ulx" in your console, it will show you all the ulx commands you can use. If you want to kick a player, just type "ulx kick " and a list with all players will popup. That's really useful when you want to punish a player with a very tricky name.
