I currently have an issue with my server, I and my linux server does not appear in the list of servers it only appears when I add it to my list.

Is this machine hosted in your home?
If so, you might need to Port Forward if you haven't already.
Assuming you're talking about the master server list, but it's kinda hard to tell exactly what your problem is because your grammar is really bad...
