TTT Custome jihad sounds FOR POINTSHOP

Ok. so for my FIST THREAD on face punch. i'm wondering

HOW DO I MAKE IT SO YOU CAN BUY SOUNDS FOR THE JIHAD IN POINTSHOP!???

I have seen the other threads about this. But i have try'ed them and NONE have worked.
maybe due to being to old. or they are not specific on where to add the code.. Now i am no LUA coder. so i might just be reading them wrong.

SO what i am asking for is:
A. someone make a video showing how to do this,
or
B. SPELL it out for me in great detail, so I can make a video on how to do this
