Not sure if this is meant to be posted here but I would like to shame out a server that joined our server then attacked us for no reason.
Pretty sure he's just jealous.

TL;DR He joined started being a retard, got kicked, dosed the server.

Not sure what to do? We just want to be a friendly community without getting Dosed and destroyed :(
The best you can do is just to permaban them and get some DDoS protection on your server.
Sadly, there will always be douches in a game as popular as gmod.
