Ive got praticly a freeroam driving server ,you build cars drive em what ever but I cannot seam to find any sane players playing on it besides the 1 admin I have and the one moderator, I just need staff that speak english properly and are responsible, that means stopping wars and prop killing.
It's an awesome server not filled with crap plugins and it's a pain in the butt to manage by myself when players are accually on... It's new so not much players but if your interested.

In the morning it has an avrage of 8 people, after that then it usually dies down sadly
I have a friend who may be interested in a position as administrator on your server, he speaks perfect English :) I will contact him in the near future and add you on steam later . Hope this helps!

Also maybe you should add a mod account and get people to apply for that.

Btw I added moderator account. Another thing, I still need staff seams like both of my current members went inactive.

Hyper's an alt. account of serverwatch, he's trolling. His friend's also probably a propkiller who will disable any anti-cheats you might have on your server and ban the other mods because they don't propkill or something.

What? Xd I'm not serverwatch man.... although I do know him. And nope no one here is trolling apart from you. You know I actually like your addon and I'm gonna use your weps on my darkrp server soon :) and propkillers are actually some of the nicest gmod players :p and what do you mean by "disable anticheat"?

Wasn't giving them out to random players. I usually do a quick background check on people and I saw like 5 other posts about "Looking for staff"

Those were from people that also didn't know that this isn't a place for you to recruit staff.
Side note, I'm glad we banned Serverwatch again, but do we know for a fact that it was him aside from seeing his gimmicky bullshit and him having a supposed friendship with the original serverwatch? I've got this strange feeling that maybe it wasn't really him this time.

Who do you want to join? Americans? why would we? if you're hosting a server overseas the ping is going to be shit for anyone other than Russians and Europeans.

Look dude stop being an ass hole and second the server is extremely high quality, I live in Montana which is farther away from the host then most Americans yet I get no lag. Russians join because I put it on a Russian lobby by mistake. And it's hosted in France not Austria.

As I said in your other thread, you really need to take a break and stop flaming people before you wind up in trouble again. Being rude and aggressive with people is NOT going to get them to join your server. Take a break, chill out, and look at how other people are posting here.

It's not so much a problem with the ping directly, it's a problem with the server browser. The master server doesn't return every single server, it's typically separated into regions, as far as I'm aware EU players won't see US servers and vice versa.

If I were you I'd take it as constructive criticism, he more or less said the same thing as what I said and for what it's worth he's more or less right. Try go to a singleplayer game of Garry's Mod and throw some props around then go into a game with >150ms and try the same, it's not very smooth or fun to play. If you're not wanting Russians/Europeans on your server you're probably best off hosting in the US, there's a bunch of people that offer free server hosting here on Facepunch (ie ElpisHost), albeit I'm not sure if they still do.

Too be fair, having over 100 ping isn't fuckall slow, and if you think 100 ping is bad, go try out 600 ping. If the difference in ping between a US hosted server and a Euro server (which is within 60 ping for average users) is so massive that you will refuse to join a server, then you need to go outside for a few minutes.

Nowhere is the place for this, you aren't an employer. You can't do real background checks. You don't know who is who or what they can and will do. Find a small amount of people you trust by building on servers that aren't yours for a while and try to bring them onto your server after some time. It's called networking, it's free, and it's how most people get their servers together without mongoloid induced problems.

Also 32 slots is too much for a build server. If you want a reason for me not to join, it's that. 32*(Jackpody type builders) = oh fuck the server's better at toasting my hot dog rolls and burger buns than doing server things.

would you rather join a building server with 150 ping, or a building server with 50 ping?
I have less lag on my server then I do on my 150 ping server with 30 ping. Now please just stop talking crap about my server, I don't wanna be banned again.
