[HELP] Tool Gun Props Are Blocked [More Specific] [DarkRP]

EX:
I chose wire mod and spawn a "Wire User"
And when you aim your physgun at props it tells you who owns the prop ex: OgE Ghost
But when I phys gun a prop that I spawned with tool gun it spawns as BLOCKED like this

This is causing problems on my server.

Turn off tool gun protection :)
