dr mega, man with a plan, always on his toes

Hi, I don't know if this is the right place to post but this person used to "own" a server called XLG, When I say own I mean that he paid for the server and the other owner "berty" was just allowing him to be an adminstrator because of the payments that he was doing. He was hugely abusive, would regularly demote other admins for no reason, had very bad spelling (not being mean to dyslexic people but he didn't even try to spell at all), and would act very immature on the servers.People would often be permabanned for disagreeing with him, he got hugely mad at senior staff members several times and berty had to "talk to him" to get him to stop. Berty who is a good server owner was low on cash so the only reason Mega was staff was because he was essentialy paying for the server. Furthermore members who were his friends were never demoted and were free to abuse on the server. Dr.mega and them would spawn in the davy rocket nuke all the time on the server and mass rdm players and the staff couldn't do anything about it.... However after a while Berty realised what a mistake this was and once he was able to pay for the server again, dr.mega was promptly kicked off the staff team and removed from the XLG community permanantly. Another thing is that he did not know how to use Lua, after trying to have a conversation about him about some script he didn't know any terms and seemed to think that just knowing how to make a Darkrp Job is coding, however that is very simple and he doesn't seem to be able to make code of his own sadly. Because Berty is working on other matters/other games at the moment, XLG gaming is currently shut down but Berty used to be a great server owner apart from this whole DR.mega business.... I'm not sure if this Dr.mega has changed, but it is just a warning to anyone who wants to set up a "server" with him. And after seeing what he did on XLG I am certain sadly that I would not be trusting you to help create a server... I'm sorry to say this but here are some things you can do dr.mega to change peoples current perceptions on you. [U]Spelling[/U] Improve your spelling and grammar, I understand if you have dyslexia or another form of illness which doesnt help your spelling but even if you like to type in unique ways, you shouldn't because others wont understand and wont be able to help you. Try installing google chrome as it has an inbuilt spelling check where you can see mistakes, also run your things through Microsoft word to check for more mistakes. [U]Admin abuse[/U] Do not abuse on servers, it makes people not want to play the server, this is because the admins abusing their power just goes to show that they are not being there to help but just to mess around. Sure abuse can be done in the admin area of downtown like messing with other admins, but it should NEVER affect the general player base because they will not want to play the server again. It is even harder for lower ranking staff because often players will complain to them and they will be hopeless to do anything. [U]Anger/hatred[/U] Do not get angry at people as often. On the server you were often agressive to many players and staff alike, this behaviour does not encourage a friendly environment for playing at all, people don't like to play with some angry guy, although you were popular among some members in XLG, others despised your agressive playing and hurtful comments. [U]Coding[/U] Learn to use Lua, for real this time! It is a very easy and fun language to learn no other programming experience is really required to learn it. It's simple and easy to understand once you get the hang of it, you will find it fun to make your own stuff instead of just using the steam-workshop all the time. I really hope this helps you to improve, and even though I would not be willing to start up a server with you. I'm sure in time if you take this advice and similar, you will be able to improve and become a good server owner. DR.mega I wish you luck!
