This a command that allows your admins and what-not to globally voice chat.
The config is inside voice.lua (addons/GlobalVoice/lua/autorun/server/voice.lua)
To install just put the GlobalVoice folder inside the addons folder of your server, then restart.
Currently only supports ulx as an admin mod, To use others edit the function on line 17
