Hello, im hoping this is the right section to ask, but does anyone want to host my gamemode?

There is now a dedicated server!

The server has a variety of weapon lists and will be up 24/7.

It is hosted in France, but despite this I live in the UK and get on average 10-30 ping, so the server has a very good connection.

The name of the gamemode will now be:

Gmod Gun Master, as it appears that players have been confusing Gmod Gun Game with this gamemode.

Yeah, you coded [I]this particular variation[/I] of the original gamemode. In actuality though, you took the concept of Gun Game, the "Get kills to level up" thing in particular, and added really shitty weapons into the mix. So the fact still stands, you did take the Gun Game concept and you did slap M9K onto it to make it a slow, dumbed down version of the original.

You aren't tabbing anything and it is ugly. You also have almost nothing in your gamemode except 3 hooks that are mostly printing text and giving players weapons.

Programmers argue over whether tabs or spaces are better for indentation, not indenting your code at all is like heresy... Do it, it makes everyone's lives easier

I have now indented it, and it also, now gives points for the pointshop on kill/win.

If you have pointshop, go to:

PATH TO SERVER\garrysmod\gamemodes\gmodgg\gamemode\init.lua

And inside init.lua, remove the -- where instructed.

Yay, there's pointshop now. Truly a milestone in gamemode coding.

How about you code something, I don't know, unique for this? Make it stick out from being a boring Gun Game clone with shitty weapons, maybe remove the shitty weapons and code your own weapons, do [B]ANYTHING[/B] that makes the gamemode different from what it is now.

[del]It seems cool at first glance, but it gets spammed into oblivion by Robotnik, has the exact same prediction issues that M9K has, and is pretty much the exact same thing we've been getting force fed since 2010 in that all it's used for is boring, generic Gamebanana weapons that we've seen a hundred thousand times.[/del] Changed my mind after shutting the fuck up and using it along with getting to know TFA himself, it's actually alright and he's cool.
