Odd question about scenes/animations/.bik files (concept?)

A while back when I was developing this gamemode (outdated but it's ->[url=http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=210720767]here[/url]<-), and I had this concept of whenever the game ended it would play a either a scripted scene, or animation, or video file (which I believe would have to be .bik). I was never able to successfully find a way to do it, so I had given up, and at the same time, my gamemode had slowly died and I stopped working on it. I now rebuilt the entire gamemode, and that idea popped back into my head, so I've decided to come here and see if others have any clue on the possibility of this.

[B]TL:DR version[/B]:
Is it possible to use scripted scenes, or animations, or video files (.bik?) in Garry's Mod in a first person view?

Nah, that's not really what I mean. I mean literally make a cut scene play while playing.
