Yes, the title is dumb and doesn't make much sense but down below will explain.
I banned a player who was a regular on my server due to some remarks he had been making about some other players that he had been warned about. He was banned for about a week. Not an hour later, he comes on my server on an Alt account, which I banned the SteamID of(permanently) and banned the IP of. Now he's come on with a VPN and a new account. I don't know how to get rid of him if he keeps changing is IP and creating more accounts. He's driving me mad.
Keep in mind he has to buy GMod with these accounts, so if he wants to keep spending money, fine. Although, make sure he's not using family sharing.
Make sure you ban all of his family shared accounts as well.

How would one go about doing that? I have his main account banned.
This exists for ULX but you could probably change it to whatever admin mod you're using

And I assume just lua/autorun and get a Steam API key and it's good to go?
