I already wrote here before about a desire to make a serious gmod project with a big budget of the money.
Unfortunately, for me it seems very hard to find a team where i could put my investments.
I could offer some money for a person , who is an old-timer at gmod and perfectly knows english.Who could help me out just with searching and building a team of project.
I will remind again that I'm someone who sees a good business opportunities in this game and i have a big budget to finance all stuff and pay for all my team.

You bring nothing to the table that the developer couldn't get themself. You say you have 'nice' money and that you will pay the developers. But couldn't they just make the server them self and get all the money instead of splitting them with you and the rest of the team? Also people don't want to hear you thinking it as a business over and over again. WE understand it! Most gmod developers get into coding because they have a passion about the game..
I don't believe you are gonna find your dream team.. You have no reputation and bring nothing new to the table.
