Missing Files in Garry's mod

I do not have or can not find the file gmad.exe and gmpublish.exe

I read on the internet that they should be in D:\Gry\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\ bin

The best at mega.co or mediafire.com
