Hello people of Garys Mod and Facepunch. I bring a problem to you. THIS: !BypassAdminTools=true
This allows a user to by-pass all prop protection or tool protection and use it.
How does one disable this (Yes I know !BypassAdminTools=false)
BUT I can not find this in any file on my server. Please help

Make sure sv_allowcslua is 0 just in case

I'm pretty sure that prop protection is serverside. Sounds more like a rogue addon to me.
What prop protection system are you using?
If you don't know the basics of operating a server you shouldn't even own one.
