How do i get a message to appear in chat every minute? Or at the end/beginning of a round?

How do i get a message to appear in chat every minute? Or at the end/beginning of a round?
I'm trying to get a message to show up in chat for all players.
Should just be something like this: "Type '!unstuck' in chat if you're stuck"
Note: This is on a dedicated server.

Nevermind. As soon as i posted this i found a way to do it as i wanted it.

Now how do i delete this thread? Can you even delete threads here?

... Well, if it's going to stay I can say I just used the ULX/ULib !Menu, and went to the settings tab. Then clicked the "Create" in the lower right. Then set time, color, and ticked "display in the center" off. (Then I clicked "Update" of course)
