how to add Derma Panels to servers

I've been trying to add derma panels to my servers for ages, I just can't find a way to add them. If anyone can tell me it would be much appreciated.

that's not really helpful for me... that just teaches me how to make a derma, I already know how to...
I don't know how to add it to servers... that's what i want to know...

You need to include it in the init, cl_init and shared lua files.
