TTT Train Map

Does anyone knows name of a map that has a moving train. It's similar to [URL="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9NlKiQq6wGY"]ka_trains[/URL] in terms of the moving terrain. The map probably wasn't made for TTT gamemode, but I have seen this map being played on TTT servers.

The map looks something like this as far as I remember:
