Are there any mods for tuning cars like LW, TDM, or SDM cars (Sort of like the car tuner in SCars)? I'm talking increasing horsepower and stuff like that?

VCMod is really well coded, gives many cars great features, such as passenger seats, lights, etc. Personally, I don't think its worth $19 though.
Also, I do not believe VCMod allows vehicle tuning/upgrading.
There's always sprops and acf if you're really into the technical stuff
