Gmod National Rally! And if you've been anywhere near humanity, you'd know this is the 2016 version.

[B]Date:[/B] Saturday the 30th of April 2016 (and maybe the 1st of May, depends on the amount of entries)
[B]Time & Timezone:[/B] 1:15 PM GMT+1
Contestants will be divided into two groups;
[B]Expression 2 & Prop Engines [/B]
and
[B] ACF Engines [/B]
You may use a [B]car*[/B], [B]motorcycle[/B] or an [B]ATV[/B].
* This also includes buggies.

Prop Limit: 400
The server will be secured with a password.
[B][U]IMPORTANT[/U][/B]
We'll have 40 slots for this year's rally.
This will include 35 for ACF and 5 for E2/Prop.
Keep note, we expect to have less contestants for the E2/Prop division.
If this is the case, we'll reduce the E2/prop slots and add them onto ACF.

You may only race your car once. There is an exception for this rule, see rule 12.
You cannot practise on the day of the event (on the server). However you may practise in a singleplayer game.
After your race, you must leave the server, to make room for other contestants and/or recorders of the event. If you do not leave, you will be kicked by an admin.

[B][U]FAQ[/U][/B]
Q)[B] May I team up with a friend? [/B]
A) We decided to not allow this. It got a bit messy and confusing last time.
Q)[B] May I modify one of my existing cars?[/B]
A) Sure, as long as you make it look like a rally-ready car.
Q)[B] Can I use Fin 2.0 to create downforce?[/B]
A) No. Using this will result in a disqualification.

[B][U]Rules[/U][/B]

1) No downforce/fin.
2) Vehicle must have a finished body.
3) Engine must suit the vehicle. (No rally car has got a 23.0L V12)
4) Only one engine is allowed.
5) You may only enter with one car.
6) Only one car spawned at a time.
7) Shortcuts are not allowed, they will result in disqualifications.
8) Don't annoy other contestants.
9) E2 Holo bodies are not allowed. (I am referring to TDM, SGM, LW, Sped cars)
10) Your time will be reset if your car flips upside-down. And you may try again. (3x max)
11) Don't cut! If you do, you get one more chance of doing your lap.

Yes. they are not allowed, any applied force and stuff. I believe grip wheels are though, like jalopy tires and stuff. Not downforce e2s though. Banned

If A toy story RC car can get into the last rally then you're fine though it should be spec'd semi-realistically.
