What happens if you put NPCs in popular gamemodes? (e.g, Prop Hunt)

This is a question I've noticed has never been asked. I decided to try it myself, making a small map with three rooms with rebels, combine soldiers, and zombies.
I'm here to share my results, in case you are curious. I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum, you can see I have no idea what I'm doing.
Prop Hunt (Original, most popular version)
- NPCs retain standard relationships. Humans + Resistance are friendly to both teams. The Combine is hostile to all teams. Zombies are hostile to both teams. Antlions untested, though presumably the same. Friendly NPCs are still killable.
- Hostile NPCs cannot damage you.
- It is particularly hard for NPCs to shoot small props, like a soda can, or even medium-sized props, such as a wooden table.
- Rebel medics can heal you.
- Killing a NPC who has a weapon allows you to pick up and use their weapon.
Zombie Survival (JetBoom's gamemode)
Only tested with Survivors team, possibly needs more documentation.
- Again, standard relationships.
- Unlike Prop Hunt, hostile NPCs CAN damage you.
- Zombie NPCs don't spawn at all. Untested with Antlions. This makes the Combine the main threat in a map w/ NPCs.
- Rebel medics can heal you.
-Killing a NPC who has a weapon allows you to pick up and use their weapon. However, HL2 weapons are not compatible with Zombie Survival. They are completely usable, but no ammo counter shows up and they retain their original weapon selection icons, instead of a stylized and animated Zombie Survival icon.
Murder
I didn't get much out of this because it requires 2+ players to play, and I was testing alone. I only got to see it through the spectator view.
-NPCs lose their weapons, but can hurt players. Combine soldiers killed me while I was spectating by butting me to death. That's not what it sounds like.
Other popular gamemodes like Hide & Seek or Guess Who haven't been tested.
