NPC Scene for GMOD 13?

Hi all.

I have installed a non-Steam GMOD 13 version (and don't judge me, because I would buy the game, if I had enough money).
So I need the "NPC Scene" addon for this version. I tried searching for it in garrysmods.org, but ended up with an old version (1.2) which doesn't seem to work (the game crashes in fact).
The version I require (for GMOD 13) is already on Steam Workshop, and I tried using plugins like Greasemonkey (which for some reason doesn't get installed) or Tampermonkey (doesn't work either), or even online sites (but I get a file without any extension - and my computer is unable to open it, even with WinRAR or 7-Zip).

So my question is, does anyone have the files for this addon and post 'em here? (in a ZIP or RAR file)

The game is literally 2-3 bucks... and almost always this price on g2a.

and of course its not going to work, none of your addons will work for many reasons
if you have garrysmod "13" then this was before the steam pipe integration witch changed massive amounts of engine configuration's. (your missing almost 3 YEARS of critical updates). Currently i think we are in Garrysmod 16.04.28.

to cut it short just buy the game, I am not against pirating Wholeheartedly but COME ON .. its two dollars
