Looking for experienced staff members for a new DarkRP server

Hello my name is Billy and I'm 19, I'm launching a new DarkRP server I have a few people I will be making staff but I'm looking to see if I can find anymore people who are experienced and want to have a big input on the server and help make the server in return for a high staff position

I will never understand why people think random users from facepunch would make good staff members. No one here is going to take this serious you're going to just get flooded by 12 year olds hungry for power. You're way better off choosing staff from within your community and friends you know you can trust. Your server is just starting anyway I doubt it will be full right away, especially since it is another darkrp, so you won't need a huge amount of staff in the beginning. But for the love of god please do not rely on facepunch users to make up your staff team.

im well aware of 12 year olds, just becasue they reply doesnt mean im giving them staff but thank you for the advice
