Why ist the bether Server lagging?

So,
I have a Server on Gmod which is Pretty good!
I Got about 200 Addons and with 40 People the Server still runs Pretty unlaggy and the pings Are average 20-40

Now i bought a server which has bether Specs Way bether but it laggs when im alone on the Server!

Same Addons, nothing changed on the Server just the Host from auf Gameserver to a Root!
IT even both is Linux!

In comparison;
1 Player -> 10 Antilon guards -> 100 Ping

Old Server ,
20 Players -> 10 Antilon guards -> 30 Ping

I cant even Move with 6 spawned NPCS on the New Server

Old Server: Gameserver
New Server : Root Server

NEED HELP, the root price was as Double as the Gameserver!
Didnt want to waste IT!

Als easy tried to :/ I have noch use for the Server Other than the Gameservers but when IT already laggs with one Server with 1 Player i dont Need it
