Automatically adding to ulx groups for time spent on the server.

I've seen other servers do this but I can't fine the addon for this.
The addon im looking for is which adds a user to a certain rank from time spent on the server for example if the user has played on the server
for 5 hours he automatically gets a Trusted rank. Any ideas of what addon this is?

you're thinking about hyplex - we use apromote :)
