I'm after an RP map that I cannot recall the name of, I believe it was made by a Danish kid and we could never pronounce the name of the map so we just called it "kiji kiji"
Notable features were,
Hidden admin room, the only way we worked out to get into it was to weld a sewage pipe to the side of the building and glitch in via noclip (it would suck you in)
The police station had some black police cars with working sirens/lights
There was a big bar with lots of wooden tables/chairs.
That's all I can remember, long shot I know but worth a shot thanks.

There's a room in the tower that could be an admin room, and I see a bar in the preview.
Can't find them cars. Not even sure if it has a police station.
Can you remember any custom textures? As in some memorable textures in the bar.
For instance the KFC on EvoCity is something that a lot of people remember.

Holy crap that's it! Only it must be a different version as I don't remember there being any water but that's the map! The police station was on the other end of the map.

Can confirm this is it! I had no idea the black cars were M3s, I've owned two so far I think 15yo me would be pleased.
