I am trying to create a GMOD Playermodel from scratch | Please help!

I am trying to create more playermodels that this guy hasn't finished but I don't know where to start. I have been using google to try to find how to make a gmod playermodel but everything is not what I want. I need to know where to start from scratch in terms of creating a playermodel. Please help I am so confused!
