Any way to make soundscapes without hammer?

Hello there id like to know if there are any addons for creating soundscapes on a map i searched all around but got nothing

Soundscapes and static sounds are way different soundscapes play a bunch of random sounds around the map depending on what its set on for example you can put it on a war setting and you hear a bunch of gunshots emitting from all around the map while static sounds are just coming from one place pretty much

Not really, soundscapes are just sounds that play monodirectionally ( i.e. they are not played in 3D space, they are played like they would in your Windows Media Player or VLC or whatever ), they are not multiple sounds just one that plays depending on where you are on a map.

You could simulate them with Lua, but I doubt there are any tools for it.
