TTT: Give the body identification menu a "Toggle" option.

Setting the body identification menu to "hold" instead of "toggle" (what the default is), would make identifying bodies quicker if you're in a hasty situation.

It would be easier if I could set it to "hold" instead of "toggle", so I can press "E" once for a second and move around right after.
