Model Not an error just invisable

So I recently finished a map and pushed the map after some complications in some textures being capital and renaming I play tested the map one last time and noticed a model was missing. The model was just invisible but still acts like its there, And when i try opening the map in hammer the model does the same thing

I mean it is happening on my garry's mod so I thought it is the right one
