GMADConv - GM13 addon converter/extractor

Because the previous thread was DDTd during the cleanup, I repost it here.

Made a simple command line program that converts v13 packed addons to v12 (or simply extracts them). Currently doesn't extract things like version (couldn't find it in addon files) and doesn't convert icon, but generates info.txt.

I made my own unpacker, that can unpack those as well.

They do have a name. SiPlus' extractor just uses the wrong offset for those archives.

Garry changed the compression type in the latest Workshopper update, so of course it'll fail.

I have latest copy on my computer, but this tool becomes useless since Garry updated compression type.
I doubt if this tool would get updated, since the thread dropped to the death. Seems like Garry doesn't want it :/

Just drag the addon you want to extract on the .exe file in windows explorer.
