Crident is pretty good if you're looking for a simple gmod server host, but i reccomend a VPS/Dedi since they're more efficient and better value for your money.
PS - The best Dedi host is probably OVH.

So you start have a great 25 pound dedi that is good value for money if you're looking to set up servers.
Get a dedi, get xampp, get a free server control panel and it's effectively what you were going to pay for, and 10 times more.

I got a Dedicated Server at Contabo, they had a bad past, but I am currently pretty happy with the servers.
Warning: Nothing what you need for a Dedicated Server is most likely what you need. You have to instlal a hell lot of stuff. I suggest watching CentOS Adminstration etc.
Something that I've been tipped into by some of my British friends is its generally cheaper to host via a dedicated server in France than in Britain due to the strength of pounds to euros. Latency isn't too much of an issue either.

Not just that, hosting in France will generally have a better international ping - while if done well, having an almost identical ping to that of a UK server.

This guy is the owner of crident so don't take his words for face value. Just thought i'd tell you since he'd probably be biased since he owns crident. It's an alright host tho.
